KEEPING OUR customers and employees safe during the covid-19 crisis is a top priority at rainbow muffler.

to properly ensure safe social distancing protocols, most of our waiting areas can only safely accommodate a few customers at a time.

As the weather turns colder, we lose our outdoor waiting areas. therefore, we are implementing the following practices:

• Vehicle drop off STRONGLY recommended. Most of our shops can only safely have 2-3 customers waiting inside at any time. Call your preferred location for info on exact waiting room capacities.
• Masks/facial coverings (covering nose and mouth) are required to be worn at all times by anyone inside our buildings. NO exceptions.
• Any customer who absolutely cannot drop off will be asked to wait inside their vehicle until it is pulled inside for inspection/service.
